Washington fan charged with Dallas fan's murder after bar fight

CHESAPEAKE, VA -- A Virginia bar fight over an NFL football game ended with one man dead and another charged with murder, reports WTKR-TV.

Police say surveillance video shows Washington fan Ronnie Cisko punch Cowboys fan Chuck Setchel.

Setchel was rushed to the hospital but died from rom a torn artery in his neck.
