Violent fight ends in man's deadly shooting in SW Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A night of violence ends with a man being shot and killed in southwest Houston.

Police rushed to an apartment complex on Sandpiper near West Airport, and found the man dead of an apparent gunshot wound.

Investigators said the man was involved in some sort of argument, but couldn't say what the fight was about.

Police have not given out the name of the victim.
