Texas officer pulls over kids in toy car
In Thrall, Texas, a police officer pulled over a 12-year-old girl and her brother who were riding around in a toy car

THRALL, TX (KTRK) -- A police officer in the tiny town of Thrall, Texas, busted two minors joyriding in a car. However, they were driving no ordinary car - it was a toy car.

Sierra Koehne, 12, takes her little brother cruising in their electric truck almost every day, but this past week, officers rolled up on them.

The traffic stop was all caught on the officer's dash cam video. He asked Koehne for her license and registration and she couldn't give it to him because she's 12.

The officer -- actually the police chief-laughed, gave her a warning, and a Beanie Baby.

Koehne admitted this was her first time to ever be pulled over.
