VIDEO: Suspected car burglar caught on prowl in NW Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Home surveillance video captured clear images Thursday of a suspected car burglar on the prowl in northwest Houston.

Cameras were rolling as a man wearing a backpack walked up to two vehicles parked in a driveway at a home on Eldridge near Fallbrook.

He slowly peeks into both vehicles then tries both doors. One of the vehicles was left open. He grabbed what he could and walked away.

Anyone who recognizes him is asked to call police.
