VIDEO: Kansas man swings dog at police

PARK CITY, KS -- A man in Kansas was caught on police dash cam swinging a dog at police, reports television station KWCH.

Police were responding to calls of a suspicious person when they confronted the man, who swung his dog at the cop.

""He was totally out of his head. He was yelling all kinds of language, most of the words you couldn't understand," said witness David Lehr.

Officers eventually used a Taser on the man and arrested him. The dog is in an animal shelter.
