The Houston Police want you to take a close look at surveillance video and still images from a violent armed robbery

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The Houston Police want you to take a close look at surveillance video and still images from a violent robbery on Houston's northside on February 19th.

The robbery happened at the Chevron gas station on the Eastex Freeway just north of Kingwood Drive at the intersection Northpark Plaza Drive.

Police say the video shows the robber enter the store with a gun, demand cash and then jump over the counter to take personal cash from the clerk.

When you view the video, check out the suspect's shirt. Police say the dark-colored long-sleeved sweatshirt he's wearing appears to say "Houston" on the front in yellow letters.
