The Virginia murder suspect arrested on Boliver Island will not face charges in a second killing.

Back in September, a concerned Bolivar citizen's call led to the arrest of Jesse Matthew. He fled to Texas after he was charged in the disappearance of UVA student Hannah Graham.

After Matthew's extradition to Virginia, investigators began looking into his connection to unsolved cases. One of those cases involved 17-year old Alexis Murphy, who disappeared in 2013.

On Friday, investigators cleared Matthew of any involvement. He's still a suspect in several other unsolved cases and is charged in a sexual assault from 2005.

Matthew remains behind bars without bond.
