USPS: Deadline today to send gifts by First Class Mail

If you're hoping to get the gifts to someone out of town, today is your last day to get to the post office.

The U.S. Postal Service says today is the cutoff date to send gifts by First Class Mail to get them there by Christmas Eve.

Last-minute shoppers have until the end of the day to get it done.

After that, consumer reporter Patricia Lopez warns it's going to get more expensive.
