Two suspects arrested after chase and crash in N. Harris County

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Two men trying to avoid being arrested led Harris County deputies on a high speed chase this morning in north Harris County before the driver lost control.

It all started when a husband and wife noticed their truck missing. They drove around to look for it and discovered it in a store parking lot.

The couple called police, who responded, and that's when the chase started. It ended in the rollover crash.

"We came back around this way," said truck owner Veronica Munoz, pointing to where they discovered the vehicle. "They say it rolled three times and it ended up in the trees. They caught both suspects."

As far as we know, no innocent bystanders were injured in the chase. Charges are pending against both suspects.
