Two accused of leaving child alone in vehicle in Baytown
BAYTOWN, Texas (KTRK) -- We hope to learn more details today about two people accused of leaving a child alone inside a vehicle in Baytown.
Yonatan Vasquez, 23, and Verenice Moran, 18, were arrested Monday and charged with child abandonment.
So far, there are very few details from Baytown police about what happened.
Both Vasquez and Moran were in court Wednesday for the first time on these charges. They will face a judge again in May.
We found a prior mugshot for Vasquez, but Moran did not have one.
Moran is out of jail on a $2,000 bond. Vasquez remains behind bars. His bond was set at $37,000.
