Three men arrested, charged in deadly N. Harris Co. smoke shop robbery

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Three men have been arrested and charged with capital murder in the death of a smoke shop owner in north Harris County.

Aaron Michael Blay, 22; Andrew L. Jordon, 18; and Demetrice Green, 18 , are in the Harris County Jail with no bond. Authorities say they robbed a smoke shop at 1550 Aldine Bender Road just after 6pm on April 8.

During the robbery, there was a struggle between the shop owner and suspects during which the shop owner was fatally shot.
