Taliban claims responsibility for car bombing that left dozens dead

The Taliban has claimed responsibility for Monday's attack in Kabul, Afghanistan.

At least 24 people died and 42 others were injured after a suicide bomber rammed his car filled with explosives into a bus targeting government employees.

Officials say among the victims killed were women and children.
