The suspect hit a squad car during Thursday's chase in NW Harris County

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- At least five vehicles are damaged, including a couple of squad cars, after a high-speed chase that lasted about 30 minutes Thursday in northwest Harris County.

The Harris County Precinct 4 constable's office released the dash cam video of the chase. Investigators say deputies tried to stop a driver who was weaving in-and-out of traffic.

But the driver refused to stop. The pickup was caught on camera crashing into a squad car, then kept going. Deputies say the pickup blew out its tires and eventually stopped, at Louetta and Highway 249.

Deputies arrested the driver. He's charged with evading arrest, but be could face more charges.

Somehow in all this, no one was seriously hurt.
