COLLEGE STATION, TX (KTRK) -- A Texas A&M student is facing charges for allegedly taking a photo of another student in a campus bathroom.
The alleged incident took place on February 20. A male student reported to authorities that he was photographed with a cell phone while inside a restroom stall on the first floor of Hullabaloo Hall.
Through an investigation and by reviewing surveillance video, university police identified Joe Manual Colunga as a person of interest. He was then charged with improper photography or visual recording, a state jail felony.
On Wednesday, Colunga turned himself in. He's out on $10,000 bond.

If convicted, Colunga could face a sentence of up to 2 years and/or a $10,000 fine.
