Single-vehicle wreck causes electrical fire in Atascocita

ATASCOCITA, TX -- A fiery traffic accident caused a traffic mess in Atascocita Tuesday.

According to the Atascocita Observer, one of our Houston Community Newspaper partners, a man reportedly blacked out and veered off the road, hitting a power pole. The accident caused an electrical fire.

Officers said the road would be shut down for hours to get the debris cleaned up.

No word on the man's condition.
