Sheriff's Office makes another plea to find Cypress family's killers

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- On the six month anniversary of The Sun family murders, Harris County Sheriff Adrian Garcia wants to remind the public of the $70,000 reward available for any information leading to the arrests of the suspects.

On January 24, Maoye Sun his wife, Mei Xie, and their sons, Titus and Timothy, were killed in their Cypress area home.

"It's hard not to get emotional with this case," Sheriff Garcia says, "Two little boys were killed along with their parents."

During today's press conference, the sheriff was reluctant to share details about the investigation so as to not jeopardize detectives work. But he insists they are working hard and will find the person or persons behind the murders.
