Second victim alleges sexual assault against Clear Creek ISD teacher
WEBSTER, TX (KTRK) -- A third grader claims she was also a sexual assault victim of a former Clear Creek ISD teacher who is now facing charges in a separate case.
Oscar Perez was charged with continual sexual assault of a child earlier this week in connection to abuse that allegedly happened several years ago.
After Eyewitness News aired that news story, another mother contacted the station and said her daughter, too, was abused in February of this year.

The mother spoke in Spanish and her oldest daughter translated for her. They wanted to remain anonymous.
"She said that my sister told her that the teacher started moving in his chair, pulled toward her, like, legs and started to touch her," the daughter said. "She said that while he was touching her legs, he was asking her where she lived, if she played outside."
The mother was horrified when her youngest daughter told her what happened.
"She said she had a really bad feeling," the oldest daughter said. "She said you take your kids to school and are sure they're safe there. She said it's kind of shocking to find out something like that would happen."
A spokeswoman for Clear Creek ISD said the district investigated this incident in February and placed Perez on leave for a week during the investigation.
"We continue to support the student and will investigate if any new information becomes available and as permitted by law enforcement since there are now criminal charges pending against Mr. Perez," the spokeswoman said. "In situations like this, the district's actions are limited so as not to interfere with or jeopardize the criminal investigation."
This mother is hopeful the charges in the separate case will cause law enforcement to re-open her daughter's case.
