Reward offered for armed robbers in Galena Park
Surveillance cameras caught two armed robbers in action at a Galena Park convenience store

GALENA PARK, TX (KTRK) -- Officials are offering a $5,000 reward for information about two armed robbers in Galena Park.

The suspects were caught on surveillance camera around 12:03am on July 3 as they entered a convenience store in the 1900 block of Clinton Drive near North Main Street.

Surveillance video shows one of the suspects holding the store clerk at gunpoint.

Officers say the armed robber demanded money before placing the gun to the back of the victim's head, threatening to kill the man if he did not comply.

The victim gave the suspect an unknown amount of money before he and a second suspect fled the store on foot.

The armed robber is described as wearing a gray hoodie with lettering, gray shorts, yellow gloves and a black mask. He was brandishing a semi-automatic pistol.

The second suspect was wearing a black hoodie, black mask and blue pants.
