Questions remain after Cypress woman shot in the head

CYPRESS, Texas (KTRK) -- We are still hoping to learn more about a violent shooting overnight.

A 32-year-old woman was rushed to the hospital after being shot in the head.

The shooting happened at an apartment complex on West Road near Barker Cypress.

The victim was flown to the hospital in stable condition.

We asked deputies for information, but they would not confirm anything about what happened or if there were arrests.
