HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police are on the lookout for a man they say shot his 18-year-old stepson several times Friday night in southwest Houston.
According to the Houston Police Department, a confrontation inside an apartment off Willowbend and Bob White sparked the shooting.
They say the 18-year-old was shot in the chest multiple times, then ran through the parking lot and along several walkways before he collapsed. The teen was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where he is expected to be OK.
Police say the stepfather is not custody, but they're searching for him.
