Police seek armed robbers who attacked a Houston store clerk

Reward offered to robbery suspects
A reward is now being offered to help find the suspects involved in a violent armed robbery

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A $5,000 reward has been offered for information about two men who police say robbed a Houston store clerk at gunpoint.

The robbery happened just after midnight on September 28, 2015 at a store located in the 3700 block of Lockwood Drive.

Police say two men rushed inside the store and shoved the clerk to the ground, striking him in the head with a pistol several times.

Both men fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money and the clerk's cell phone, according to investigators.

Surveillance video shows the men wearing dark clothing, full masks, hoods and gloves at the time of the crime.
