DELHI TOWNSHIP, OH (KTRK) -- They're certainly an eye-catching pair.

Police say the duo of Terry Messer and Michael Mann captured the attention of a neighbor in Delhi Township, Ohio, after the neighbor saw the men looking into windows and trying the front door of a home on Tuesday.

The neighbor, police say, watched as Messer, 38, forced his way into the home's back entrance and Mann, 31, pulled their getaway vehicle up to the house.

Local station WCPO reports officers arrived in minutes and caught the men.

Police allege Mann had heroin and methamphetamine.

Mann is charged with two counts of drug abuse, burglary and driving under suspension. Messer was charged with burglary and driving without a license.

WCPO reports both men were still being held at the Hamilton County jail Friday.
