Alleged flasher wanted by police in Houston
HISD says it is increasing patrols after two incidents involving a flasher.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Officials say students and parents should exercise caution after an alleged flasher was seen near two Houston schools.

The man is said to have exposed himself. School officials do not believe students saw or came into contact with this man. However, he was seen near Burrus Elementary and Booker T. Washington High School earlier this week.

Police say the man is described as African-American with a goatee, and is said to be driving a black pickup truck with no front grill.

HISD says it has placed extra patrols around its campuses, and says students should walk in groups to and from campus.
