PHILADELPHIA, PA (KTRK) -- Officers discovered a driver stopped for driving erratically in Philadelphia was shot twice in the head, yet still managed to operate his vehicle.

Police stopped the 29-year-old man around 7pm Tuesday after officers observed his red Dodge Magnum weaving on the road, Philly.com reports.

The driver had been shot in the right forehead and right cheek. The man was conscious and speaking when he was transported to an area hospital, but would not tell police where he was shot.

Police say they found two bullet holes in the Magnum, in addition to a gun inside the glove compartment upon a search of the vehicle.
