HOUSTON (KTRK) -- More than 1,500 Houstonians completed Walk MS: Houston, supporting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society this morning.
But two walkers had a particularly memorable finish.
Jay Packard proposed to his girlfriend Mai McCarthy. She said, "yes."
The National MS Society aims to raise more than $200,000 this year from Walk MS: Houston. The organization says proceeds will go toward research, programs and services for those living with multiple sclerosis.
