One shot and killed near gas station in north Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- One person was shot and killed near a gas station in north Houston, police said.

There is no information on who the victim was.

The first calls came in around 6:20 p.m. to the station near Imperial Valley Drive and East Airtex Drive.

Deputies found a female shot near a vehicle. A man shot her from another vehicle, deputies said.

She was pronounced dead on the scene.

The motive of the shooting wasn't immediately known.
