Police say Michael Barbella of Ventnor and Michael Duffy of Mays Landing got into a bloody brawl that was caught on camera in Maryland.

SALISBURY, MD -- Two South Jersey fathers have been charged with fighting at a softball game.

Police say Michael Barbella, 48, of Ventnor, and Michael Duffy, 45, of Mays Landing got into a bloody brawl that was caught on camera in Salisbury, Maryland.

The video shows the two men arguing, shouting obscenities and throwing punches outside the Wicomico County Youth and Civic Center.

Police say men's daughters are former teammates, that the men had been texting each other earlier in the day, and that Barbella appears to have challenged Duffy to fight.

Both were arrested and charged with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Barbella was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail. Duffy has been released on personal recognizance.
