HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A deadly shooting last night in northwest Houston appears to be self-defense, but there are a lot of questions to be answered.
It all began outside a home on Roy, just north of I-10. A man got into a fight with two other men. Somehow, the fight moved into the home.
That's where the first man pulled out a gun and started shooting. One of the attackers was shot and killed. Police found his body in the foyer of the home.
The second attacker was found hiding in a nearby Wendy's restaurant. Police say he was armed.
Detectives are still trying to sort out all the details. As of now, no one is facing any charges.
