Mom files lawsuit against T-Mobile after baby's death in Dallas.

DALLAS, Texas (KTRK) -- Nearly two months after the death of a 6-month-old boy, his mother has filed a lawsuit against T-Mobile.

Bridget Alex said the phone provider is responsible for her son's death and she's yet to hear from anyone.

"I think any mother would want to hear from the people that's responsible for whatever's going on, to hear them say they're sorry," she told KTVT.

Her son, Brandon, died after his babysitter tried three times to get through 911 but was on hold for more than half an hour.

The city of Dallas blamed the delay on problems with T-Mobile's technology that tied up 911 call centers for hours at a time.

City officials said the phone provider knew about the problems for months.
