Missing Houston man found safe

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A missing man has been found safe, according to the Houston Police Department.

Bruce Pickering, 75, was last seen in the 3000 block of Woolworth in northeast Houston on Wednesday. The Houston Police issued a missing person alert for for him on Thursday morning and Pickering was found safe a few hours later.

Investigators have not released any additional details on where Pickering was found.
