Police are looking for two men who ran from the scene of a deadly crash in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood.

CHICAGO, IL -- A 59-year-old woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash less than a block from her home in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood.

Linda Forbes, of the 1000-block of West 16th Street, was pronounced dead at Stroger Hospital just before 9:30 p.m. Monday, according to the Cook County medical examiner.

Police said her blue Toyota station wagon was T-boned by a silver Mustang around 8:30 p.m. Chicago fire officials said she had to be cut out of her car. There were no other passengers inside.

Investigators are searching for the two men who hopped out of the Mustang and ran after the crash. Witnesses told police the two men were wearing high-visibility work shirts or vests.

No one is in custody. The crash remains under investigation.
