Masked suspect arrested following Magnolia school vandalism

MAGNOLIA, TX (KTRK) -- A 20-year-old is under arrest for allegedly vandalizing a school in Magnolia.

Montgomery County constables arrested 20-year-old Darrell Lawrence, who was already on probation for breaking into Tomball Memorial High School, on Tuesday morning.

Investigators say he caused thousands of dollars worth of damage at Magnolia West High School.

He is alleged to have used a crowbar to break into the school on Thursday, Feb. 2 around 1am.

Lawrence was charged with felony burglary of a building and criminal mischief.
