Man to face judge over 476 alleged child porn photos
HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A Houston man is out on bond this morning, accused of possessing child pornography and having images of a minor engaging in sexual bestiality, according to charging documents.
Timothy Gerbode, 29, is expected back in jail this morning, and he'll be walking right by our cameras.
We have some questions for him about the child porn charge details graphically in court documents we first told you about Wednesday.
ORIGINAL REPORT: DA says man had image of girl engaged in sexual bestiality
Gerbode reportedly admitted to investigators that he knowingly downloaded child pornography.
Investigators say 476 pictures were found on his computer - and some of them are of very young girls.
The accusation that stands out in all of this: That Gerbode allegedly had a picture of a girl as young as six in a sexual act with a dog.
Investigators also said in another image, there is an infant with a naked man.
Gerbode is charged with three counts of felony possession of child pornography. He'll be back in court later this morning, and we'll bring you new details as we get them.
