Man robbed, shot in leg in north Harris County

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Deputies are searching for the gunman wanted for a shooting last night in north Harris County.

The shooting took place on Sangerbrook near Green Trail.

From there, the victim drove to Forestburg near Sangerbrook where he was picked up by paramedics.

Deputies say the victim had just dropped off a friend when he got into a fight. He was shot in the leg and his wallet was stolen. He's expected to recover.

We have no information about the suspect.
