Man indicted on cold case 2007 murder in Willis

LIVINGSTON, TX -- A Livingston man was indicted Thursday for a 2007 capital murder in Willis.

Fred Lee, 57, is accused in the shooting murder of Brandon Brazel in the former Kroger parking lot at the corner of FM 1097 and Interstate 45.

Friends of Brazel's found him slumped over the steering wheel of his car in the west end of the parking around 10 p.m. Sept. 12, 2007.
