Man gunned down in southeast Houston sports bar bathroom

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police are searching for those responsible for shooting a man early this morning in the bathroom of a sports bar in southeast Houston.

The shooting happened on Harrisburg Boulevard

Investigators say the victim had been drinking for several hours when he went into the bathroom.

Here's what police say happened next.

The Houston Police Department's Michael Arrington said, "(He) went into the bathroom and was shot multiple times by possibly two to three Hispanic males who left the bathroom after he was shot."

We're told all the eyewitnesses left after the shooting. And only one person came back to provide the information given to police.
