Man charged with murder in alleged road rage incident in northeast Harris County
Charges have been filed against a man involved in a shooting that killed a man in northeast Harris County.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man is charged with murder in the shooting death of a driver whose car had broken down.

On Feb. 27, at about 12:40 a.m., a woman said she watched as a driver gunned down her husband, Oscar Reyes. The couple's car had broken down in the 11800 block of Aldine Westfield.

A possible road rage incident has ended in murder in northeast Harris County

According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, Miguel Angel Resendez, 36, drove up behind Reyes' vehicle and honked his horn. When Reyes did not move, the suspect used his Chevrolet Tahoe to push Reyes' vehicle.

We're learning more about a deadly shooting overnight in northeast Harris County

Reyes got out of his vehicle and the two began arguing, authorities say. During the argument, the suspect reportedly shot Reyes multiple times and fled the scene.

While Reyes was in the road, a light colored pickup truck ran over him and fled the scene as well.

Resendez is described as a Hispanic male, 5'10 in height and weighing 220 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
