Man sets fire to house, starts dancing
A man who set fire to a home later danced on the roof before he was taken into custody by police.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (KTRK) -- A bizarre SWAT standoff in Indiana involving a man who showed off his dance moves before being arrested.

Matthew Russ was seen dancing on the roof of his ex-girlfriend's house while the home caught fire, ABC affiliate WRTV-TV reports.

Police say just minutes earlier, the 25-year-old had stolen his ex-girlfriend's car and crashed it into a pole outside her home. He then ran inside the house and refused to come outside, leading to a long standoff with police.

Eventually, officers used a fire truck ladder to reach the roof where they used a Taser to take Russ into custody.

Police aren't sure what led to his behavior, but they say the man is known to have anger issues. WRTV-TV says Russ was seen smiling as he was taken away on a gurney.
