Man accused of recording woman in Texas A&M bathroom

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KTRK) -- A Texas A&M student is accusing a man of recording her twice in a bathroom stall, police said.

The woman told police that Saturday, she was in a restroom and saw a cell phone being placed behind the stall divider.

When police confronted Sammy Tawakkol, 19, he admitted to taking a video of the woman, a police document stated.

Tawakkol said he deleted the video after taking it.

He's now charged with one count of invasive visual recording and tampering with evidence.
