Man accused of exposing self to child in library
Authorities say the suspect exposed himself to a young kid in the children's section of a Harris County Public Library in Humble.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Authorities need help identifying the man who exposed himself to a young child at a Harris County Public Library in Humble.

The incident happened around 5pm on October 16 at a public library in the 19500 block of Pine Hurst Trail Drive. The child found the suspect touching himself in the children's section of the library and immediately reported the inappropriate encounter.

The suspect was described to be a white male between 40-50 years of age, about 180 pounds and 6 feet tall. He was wearing an orange shirt and soiled denim jeans.

He was seen driving off in a maroon 4-door sedan. The vehicle was reported to have a bumper sticker on the back trunk area that reads "DECEDENTS" in large block letters.
