Man accused in stabbing death of girlfriend captured in Mexico

A man accused of killing his girlfriend in Houston has been arrested in Mexico.

TIJUANA, MEXICO (KTRK) -- A man suspected in the murder of his girlfriend in Houston has been arrested in Mexico.

Authorities captured Troy Clay in Tijuana, then extradited him to San Diego. He will be sent back to Harris County.

Clay is accused in the stabbing death of Houston paramedic Melissa Morton.
