A knife-wielding man went on a deadly rampage at the heart of Britain's seat of power, mowing down pedestrians on London's Westminster Bridge before stabbing an armed police officer to death inside the gates of Parliament.
Four people were killed, including the attacker, and about 20 others were injured.

The impact of the terror incident 4,000 miles away in London is being felt in Houston.
Owner of British Isles Guy Streatfield told Eyewitness News that he became more concerned as details of the London attack started to emerge.
"You see it in trickles, and it looked frightening. Now it looks really serious," said Streatfield.
Streatfield says he was just in London last month visiting family and thankfully, they are safe.
"You immediately think of the people that you know there, of course, that's always something that you think about. You think it's happening and you just feel that this can't get you down. This is something you have to be vigilant about but it can't disturb your day-to-day life," said Streatfield.
