Former Subway spokesman wants shorter prison sentence

The former Subway guy, Jared Fogle, doesn't want to spend 15 years behind bars. He's now asking for a shorter prison sentence.

Fogle was convicted last year of child pornography and crossing state lines to pay for sex with minors.

His lawyers are appealing his 15-year sentence saying it's "unreasonable," and that it's three years more than what they agreed on with federal prosecutors.

Also, as part of his plea deal, Fogle also had to pay his 14 victims a total of $1.4 million.
