Investigators seek tips in decade-old north Houston murder case

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Ten years after the fatal shooting of a man in north Houston, investigators and his family are seeking leads to help catch his killers.

David Casillas, 24, was at his home in the 500 block of Canadian St., on Sept. 25, 2005, when witnesses heard gunshots and saw a group of Hispanic men running from the scene.

Casillas was found on the ground after sustaining a gunshot wound. He died on the scene.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for any information which leads to a charge or arrest in the case.
