HPD officer, 2nd driver hospitalized following wreck
HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police are investigating an accident involving an HPD officer and another vehicle.
This happened just before 6:00am this morning on Space Center at Pineloch in the Clear Lake area.
An HPD spokesperson says the officer was en route to a call when the crash happened. The officer and the driver of the second vehicle were both taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The intersection is currently closed while police investigate. Drivers in the area can detour to El Camino Real or Clear Lake City Boulevard.
