HPD: 10-year-old boy found safe in Third Ward

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- We have good news to report about a 10-year-old boy who was reported missing overnight.

Benjamin Smith was found safe near his Third Ward home where he was last seen Wednesday evening.

HPD said Smith left home and didn't come back last night.

This morning, after a night away, he is back with his family and is said to be okay.
