Houston police search for missing elderly man with dementia

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a 64-year-old man who has been diagnosed with dementia.

David Castro was last seen at his residence in the 8300 block of Tavenor Lane at 10:45am on Sunday. Police say Castro left his home on foot.

He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt and blue jeans. Castro speaks Spanish and is limited in speaking the English language, according to HPD.
