HFD responds to medical emergency on flight at IAH

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- EMS teams with the Houston Fire Department are responded to a medical emergency on a United Airlines Flight at Bush Intercontinental Airport.

A spokesperson with United Airlines says a passenger on Flight 143 from Lagos into Houston had a "medical issue" during the deplaning process.

EMS met the aircraft at the gate and assisted the patient.

All other passengers deplaned without incident.
