Police seek help solving murder mystery along Brays Bayou

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Detectives and family members are hoping someone will come forward with information about the murder of a woman in southeast Houston.

Kellie Higdon was found dead May 26 alongside the banks of Brays Bayou near the 2900 block of South Wayside Drive. She was last seen alive three days earlier.

Detectives have run out of leads, and now they, along with Higdon's family, are turning to the public for help.
