WACO, TX -- A grand jury has indicted 48 more bikers arrested after a May 2015 shootout with police outside a Texas restaurant that left nine dead, bringing the number of people facing felony charges to 154.

The McLennan County district clerk's office announced the indictments Wednesday. Waco prosecutors won indictments against 106 bikers in November.

All are charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, meaning they're accused of being part of a criminal group responsible for the shootout that also injured 20 people. Authorities say the shooting arose from an apparent confrontation between motorcycle clubs.

Evidence reviewed by The Associated Press shows four people killed were struck by the same caliber of rifle fired by Waco police. It's unclear whether any bikers had similar guns.
